Bridgewater HR is led by Paul McGrath who has two decades of international HR experience across media, communications and professional services.

Having worked across the breadth of HR including employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits, organisation design and employment law, Paul understands the importance of consistency and rigour in people practices but not at the expense of growth or agility.

Bridgewater HR allows growing businesses to tap into senior HR consultancy without needing to hire directly.

Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). The CIPD is the UK's official membership body for HR. Chartered Fellow is awarded to highly experienced professionals who can demonstrate substantial experience and evidence of impact and influence at a senior level.

Paul holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a BA (Honours) degree in German & Business Management.

He has completed accredited training by the Civil Mediation Council in Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediation.
